I did lots of reviews and watched videos of the EB7-ST bike and liked what I saw. I ordered a white one. They said it was out of stock and would be available in about a month. But it ended up shipping earlier. The bike comes basically all put together but there were a few items needing connections such as the seat, handlbars, and peddals.The only issue I had was with the release button and unfolding the bike. The button for the release to unfold the bike was so tight I had to use a pair of plyers to move it. On trying to open the bike, it was very tight and hard to open. Plus there was a terrible screeching sound. At first I was weary of going further with it in fear of breaking something. But I eventually got it open. There were a few e-mails going back and forth with the company over the next few day, asking for advise on this. They instructed me to take a video of oiling the lock and opening the bike. This took a few tries but eventually the lock became easier to open. The oil helped about 80% with the bike opening. It still screeches but not as bad. I do like the bike but I will just have to live with the screeching.Customer service is great. They responded to each of my e-mails by the next day.
