This has truly been one of the worst buying experiences I've encountered. Upon receiving the bike, I had to replace the motor, and the display screen has never functioned since I got it. Six months later, the battery failed, and they attempted to deny me a replacement. I'm still waiting for the new battery and am considering taking them to small claims court. This has been the most frustrating experience with a company, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They seem indifferent to the issues once they have your payment. I paid $60 for shipping for the new battery, and now they have both my money and the battery. Please reconsider your decision before purchasing their product.
