No question about it, a 5-star experience all the way. We’d been recommended to look at booking our intended southern India tour with Jasmine by friends, and how right they were. From the outset, it was clear that Ian would do his utmost to tailor the trip that we were considering (loosely inspired by BBC’s Race Across the World) to our exact wishes. The plan came together easily and the price quoted was very competitive.What was really striking was the degree of organisation at a local level in India. The agency out there had everything down to a tee and at every destination on our tour, our activities ran like clockwork. All meetings with driver etc was always on time and sightseeing excursions went smoothly. The only hiccup occurred on our way home as there was a problem with our Air India flight, but unlike the airline (who were singularly unhelpful), Ian took immediate action to rectify the situation. So all in all, we can heartily recommend Jasmine. From the excellent communication through the lead-up to the holiday, the choice of superb (mostly ‘boutique’) hotels and to the very useful App that gave comprehensive rolling information about our fairly involved itinerary, first class all round.
