I gave Jasmine holidays a very positive review in 2024. I’ve since booked two more holidays with Josh at Jasmine and again, it’s all positive. What I love about this company is the speedy personalised service. We have just returned from three weeks in Thailand. Josh found us excellent hotels and flights within our budget and all the drivers arrived on time in good comfortable cars. When there was a mix up over our train bookings Josh was instantly on it and resolved the situation to our advantage. I expect there to sometimes be problems with long haul holidays. It’s important to me to know that someone is always available at Jasmine to sort things out. Very appreciative and in the process of booking another trip to Thailand in 2027.
I told Ian at Jasmine Holidays what we wanted and what our budget was. Within a couple of days, he replied with a near perfect itinerary within budget. After a couple of calls that itinerary became perfect with superb accommodation and still within budget. Ian remained very helpful and courteous despite me and my wife chopping and changing our minds. The presentation of the itinerary sent as a link in an email is really well designed with everything we could possibly want to know about our travel, destinations and other information. We also have a very useful app for use in Namibia when are in the middle of nowhere with no internet access. I cannot recommend Ian and Jasmine Holidays highly enough.
The whole booking experience has been excellent and full credit to Josh for his professionalism, attention to detail and perseverance. when creating a personalised itinerary for us, for a visit to Malaysia Borneo, it was always going to be challenging trying to align availability and accommodation in all the lodges. From the outset and my initial emails to the Company, Josh has been super helpful, listening to what we wanted to do and where we were hoping to go and based on his persistence, we finally managed to land on a finalised itinerary which incorporates the bucket list lodge, the Borneo Rainforest Lodge, as well as a stay on Gaya Island at the end of the holiday. Pros- Really helpful, knowledgeable staff- All information required is provided online. The different tabs provide all the trip's information from travel, to accommodation to details of the itinerary. This is really useful, although, it does require some cross-referencing to pull together a complete picture of where you stay/what you do on a particular day, so maybe they could include Day xx, with the line item on the different tabs. - The app. All details/information for your itinerary are available offline (really important in the jungle). Cons- the Website did NOT appear for me when searching independently for travel to Malaysia Borneo (I use multiple web browsers). I found it by chance, when using ChatGPT. The website developers may therefore want to look at enhancing their searching/indexing/meta data so that the Company actually appears in search results.- The prices in the sample itineraries for the Borneo explorer holidays appear to be unrealistically cheap(?), so maybe these could be reviewed?
This is the second time I’ve used this company because they are completely marvellous at organising holidays!Luke was completely with me to answer my endless questions during the months it took to shape and organise a very special holiday. His knowledge was superb and we are already looking at next year.
No question about it, a 5-star experience all the way. We’d been recommended to look at booking our intended southern India tour with Jasmine by friends, and how right they were. From the outset, it was clear that Ian would do his utmost to tailor the trip that we were considering (loosely inspired by BBC’s Race Across the World) to our exact wishes. The plan came together easily and the price quoted was very competitive.What was really striking was the degree of organisation at a local level in India. The agency out there had everything down to a tee and at every destination on our tour, our activities ran like clockwork. All meetings with driver etc was always on time and sightseeing excursions went smoothly. The only hiccup occurred on our way home as there was a problem with our Air India flight, but unlike the airline (who were singularly unhelpful), Ian took immediate action to rectify the situation. So all in all, we can heartily recommend Jasmine. From the excellent communication through the lead-up to the holiday, the choice of superb (mostly ‘boutique’) hotels and to the very useful App that gave comprehensive rolling information about our fairly involved itinerary, first class all round.
Luke arranged an amazing holiday for us in Thailand. He organised the flights and transfers, which all went very smoothly. We told Luke what we wanted to do on holiday and he tailored the holiday to meet our needs. We saw and did things we wouldn’t have thought of on our own. I would thoroughly recommend Luke and his team.

An excellent independent travel agent who takes real care to ensure each itinerary is thoughtfully personalised. The advice given is well-judged and helpful, offering guidance on what is possible without spoiling the fun of planning a holiday adventure. The result was a well-balanced and thoroughly enjoyable trip, and I would happily recommend them.
