The experience was quite poor overall. The rooms felt outdated and lacked space. There were issues with shower temperature and pressure, and meal options for kids were limited. The staff were not very friendly, and there were no elevators in the outer buildings. Alcohol choices were minimal, and the wine glasses were small. I noticed staff serving food with their hands, and there were even mice spotted at the poolside restaurant. Straws and stirrers were unavailable, and slushes and juices ran out quickly. Reception staff were unhelpful, and the bedding quality was low. Room keys malfunctioned frequently. I would recommend avoiding the A La Carte as it felt like a hassle. On the positive side, the grounds were nice, the heated pool was enjoyable, and there was ample space for loungers. The white wine was decent, and the ice did not cause any stomach issues. The beach setting was pleasant, and the hotel was reasonably clean, though the food quality was hit or miss.
