Overall, it was a disappointing experience due to outdated rooms and limited space. There were issues with shower temperature and pressure, and meal options for children were not sufficient. The staff were unfriendly, and there were no elevators in the outer buildings. Alcohol options were limited, and the wine glasses were small. Staff served food with their hands, and there were mice spotted at the poolside restaurant. Additionally, there were no straws or stirrers available, and slushes and juices ran out quickly. The reception staff were unhelpful, and the bedding quality was low. Room keys malfunctioned frequently. I would suggest avoiding the A La Carte as it felt like a hassle. On a positive note, the grounds were pleasant, the heated pool was enjoyable, and there was ample space for loungers. The white wine was decent, and the ice did not cause any stomach issues. The beach setting was nice, and the hotel maintained a reasonable level of cleanliness, though the food quality varied.

We booked a week at this hotel and arrived at midnight only to be told there was no room ready. We had to wait in reception for at least an hour and a half for a room. My 7-year-old daughter ended up sleeping on a chair in reception. When we asked for a temporary room, the staff refused and told us to just wait. It was a terrible way to start our family holiday, and I deeply regret choosing this hotel.
Upon arriving, the reception staff were incredibly kind and upgraded my daughter to stay with us. The two men at reception were friendly, and one of the restaurant staff helped carry our luggage to the rooms. The accommodations were lovely, with plenty of water, tea, coffee, sugar, fresh bedding, and I would highly recommend this place.
This hotel is certainly recommended for its price-quality ratio. While there are certainly better hotels in the area, this one met our needs just fine. The rooms may be outdated, but they were cleaned thoroughly every day. After all, you don't go on holiday just for the room. The food was quite tasty, and the entertainment was also enjoyable.
If you're considering this resort, please do not! It was an utter disappointment. Customer service was nonexistent, and the staff were rude. There were no food options outside, and we had to pay for fruit and juices. The bar staff seemed uninterested in their work, and the reception staff could win an award for the worst service. The animation team was reckless, throwing people into the pool, which scared some guests. The bathrooms were outdated, and the 5-star reviews must be fraudulent or from people who have never experienced true luxury.
I strongly advise against considering this hotel! It has been the worst experience for me and is nowhere near a 5-star standard. I wish I could share photos. From the moment we arrived, the staff constantly pressured us for tips. The room was filthy, with disgusting bedding that was far from the quality one would expect. We were harassed multiple times by staff, notably for spa services, and on our last day, one staff member was aggressive towards me. This hotel does not deserve its rating, and I regret booking through the holiday company that promotes it.
Don't let negative reviews sway you; give it a try yourself and be pleasantly surprised! This was our second visit, and the staff were nothing short of exceptional. Their attention to detail was remarkable, especially from those serving at the beach and in the restaurants. The housekeeping team kept our room immaculate, and the pool area was well maintained. The gardens were beautiful and litter-free. Each meal was a delight, with something for every palate. The a la carte restaurants were particularly enjoyable. This was not just a hotel stay; it felt like coming home. We left certain we would return.
The only positive aspect of this hotel was the lovely views of the pools and gardens. However, my New Year’s Eve stay was a nightmare. Upon arrival, I was shocked to be denied check-in unless I paid an extra fee for a gala dinner. Although I explained our situation, they insisted on payment first. After reluctantly paying, I found the hotel to be far from 5-star. The room was outdated and unclean, with several issues. The New Year’s gala was chaotic, and the food was unappetizing. The pools were freezing, making it impossible to enjoy. This was an enormous waste of time and money, and I left feeling traumatized and disappointed.
