I strongly advise against considering this hotel! It has been the worst experience for me and is nowhere near a 5-star standard. I wish I could share photos. From the moment we arrived, the staff constantly pressured us for tips. The room was filthy, with disgusting bedding that was far from the quality one would expect. We were harassed multiple times by staff, notably for spa services, and on our last day, one staff member was aggressive towards me. This hotel does not deserve its rating, and I regret booking through the holiday company that promotes it.
