If you're considering this resort, please do not! It was an utter disappointment. Customer service was nonexistent, and the staff were rude. There were no food options outside, and we had to pay for fruit and juices. The bar staff seemed uninterested in their work, and the reception staff could win an award for the worst service. The animation team was reckless, throwing people into the pool, which scared some guests. The bathrooms were outdated, and the 5-star reviews must be fraudulent or from people who have never experienced true luxury.
