The only positive aspect of this hotel was the lovely views of the pools and gardens. However, my New Year’s Eve stay was a nightmare. Upon arrival, I was shocked to be denied check-in unless I paid an extra fee for a gala dinner. Although I explained our situation, they insisted on payment first. After reluctantly paying, I found the hotel to be far from 5-star. The room was outdated and unclean, with several issues. The New Year’s gala was chaotic, and the food was unappetizing. The pools were freezing, making it impossible to enjoy. This was an enormous waste of time and money, and I left feeling traumatized and disappointed.
