Terrible service

Terrible service, this jasper52 is a fraud, don't get involved, it's a crappy company! After 2 months, they not pay me 14k. Many excuses, but not a real response!For 15 days, they've been saying they'll process my payment. Today, they formally agreed to do so, which was a LIE. They demand prompt payment for the 200 monthly service and threaten to suspend your account, but they can't pay the 14k on time. This company sucks.

Refuse to refund old painting, that isn't to the naked eye, as the auction lot photos represented.

I have been trying to receive a refund from Jasper52 for five weeks now. They keep stalling. I bought the painting in good faith, from their site via Live Auctioneers, and when it arrived it appeared much darker and grayer than the photos for it appeared. Looking at it in real life, it appears covered with a such thick layer of varnish, that is gray in color, that we can hardly see through it to actual painting. To date, they have not taken my claim seriously. They have gone through several stages of denial, working through their kind customer service representative, but Jasper52 kept offering excuse after excuse, as to why I am wrong. I believe what is happening is, the photographer of the painting for the listing, used a self correcting camera, and may have also actively used the camera's editing feature for the photos, to make the painting appear brighter, more colorful, and clearer than the actual painting. The technology today, as we all know, can alter photos to make them look better. This must not be done for an auction item, as it misleads the bidder. The actual painting is un-hangable. I have requested refund, many, many times, and now they have simply stopped responding. I spent $2,500. plus for this painting. I never would have bid on it, if I knew how it appears in real life, in all kinds of light. The painting is not how it was represented in the lot of Jasper52 online. This is fraud. I have waited to leave this complaint hoping that they will finally do the right thing. But they have not to this day. Final note is, I have been buying paintings online for many years, and never have had this problem before.

I have worked with Jasper52 on a number of transactions and the results have been 99 44/100 ./.seamless. In the one problem I have had, computer issue, they have been communicative and elful. Buy stuff from them.

Easy to deal with

Easy to deal with , replies back to emails. No hinding or miss prestation. It wasn't a Buy Beware ASIS type like the other auctions. You see it all on the photos and had a great results from that
