Great Experience with Ticket Purchase

After purchasing two tickets for a show as a Christmas gift, I was disheartened to find out that my partner had bought tickets for a completely different event on the same day! Fortunately, the company recognized the situation and facilitated a full refund, provided I bought similar tickets for another date. It was a perfect solution and truly impressive service. Kudos to the team!

One heart attack later and there was no acknowledgment whatsoever from seat unique!

A little bit of empathy would have gone a long way as my wife was trying to contact you but with no avail to explain our situation.


Absolutely shocking service.

Expected a lot more!

Extremely Disappointed with Ticket and Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with the ticket and customer service experience related to the event I attended. I purchased tickets for a match through a platform, and the entire process was chaotic from beginning to end. The tickets were not provided on time, leaving us waiting in the rain for over an hour while we struggled to get assistance from customer support via messaging. When we finally obtained the tickets and entered the venue, our names were missing from the list, and we initially had no assigned seats at all. Our late arrival meant we missed most of the hospitality package we had paid for. While the staff at the venue were excellent and tried to assist us, the customer service from the platform was very lacking. This situation should have been avoided entirely. Please address this issue promptly — tickets need to be delivered on time, and customers should not have to wait in the rain, feeling stressed and uncertain about their entry.

Experience at the Stadium

My first visit to this hospitality venue was after trying the restaurant nearby. I found this experience more enjoyable than the restaurant. The space is significantly larger and, although busy, it never felt overcrowded. The bar was accessible with minimal waiting times. The included meal was tasty, and the atmosphere was fantastic, with excellent seating for the match. Overall, this was a delightful experience that I would highly recommend. It is on the pricier side, but the value really depends on what you seek from the event.

Disappointing Experience

I purchased a ticket for a match that included a store voucher, a food and drink voucher, and a free program. While the digital ticket and vouchers arrived on time, the food voucher didn’t work at the venue, forcing me to pay out of pocket. Additionally, there wasn’t anything appealing in the store, but that isn’t the issue. The combination of the non-functional food voucher and the inflated ticket price left me feeling cheated. Staff comments indicated ongoing issues for customers, which is concerning given the partnership with the team.
