My username is arjmajgv88. I joined membership in Apr for 14.99USD. But I was charged 14.99 USD + 40 EUR in Apr without knowing what this 40 EUR was for. And then I cancelled the membership at the end of Apr but I was charged 40 EUR again. Please explain to me why you charged me 80 EUR.I am requesting refund for this 80 EUR and please make sure this never happens again.
