This was my first time buying with Jawda, and I have to say that the customer service was hands down top tier. I always get size 54 abayas, and they tend to always be shorter on me, so this time I decided to size up and get 56. When the two abayas arrived, I hadn’t realized how much significantly longer the abayas were. I reached out to Jawda for an exchange, and they were so accommodating and understanding. I reside in the states, and the back and forth of shipping and the costs was just going to end up being a lot, and they were so considerate about that without me even mentioning. They took the step to offer donating the two items rather than shipping it back, and that they would send me the items in my correct size. I have never seen a brand, let alone a Muslim brand do something like this. Jawda has definitely become my favorite brand to shop from, not only because of this generous gesture, but also the quality was amazing and exactly what I was looking for to wear during this winter Ramadan.
