I was looking for a modest clothing brand with affordable pricing and this is the place to shop if you are looking for the same. The quality does will not disappoint and the factor that makes this company worth supporting is definitely the people behind it. The communication I had with the customer service team -namely Abeera went above and beyond sorting my queries and the response time especially from a small business was outstanding. You can tell from the people behind the brand how much care and respect goes into the customer experience and how much thought goes into each piece so will definitely be buying and recommending
This was my first time buying with Jawda, and I have to say that the customer service was hands down top tier. I always get size 54 abayas, and they tend to always be shorter on me, so this time I decided to size up and get 56. When the two abayas arrived, I hadn’t realized how much significantly longer the abayas were. I reached out to Jawda for an exchange, and they were so accommodating and understanding. I reside in the states, and the back and forth of shipping and the costs was just going to end up being a lot, and they were so considerate about that without me even mentioning. They took the step to offer donating the two items rather than shipping it back, and that they would send me the items in my correct size. I have never seen a brand, let alone a Muslim brand do something like this. Jawda has definitely become my favorite brand to shop from, not only because of this generous gesture, but also the quality was amazing and exactly what I was looking for to wear during this winter Ramadan. Thank you jawda!
I ordered 3 abayas 24days ago, didn’t hear or receive anything until 5days later only to be told one of the items wasn’t in stock, they said we can either refund or give another item, I said I wanted a refund and to send my other items. Again they didn’t issue a refund or communicate with me, despite me chasing for another 7days. Then another 5days went by and again no items sent and no communication, I emailed and sent messages on Instagram to which I finally got a response saying they were looking into my order, but still I had to chase for responses and kept getting told to email - even though they wouldn’t respond to emails! I finally get a response on Friday (this is now three weeks after my order) that they will send out items, so I responded asking for the tracking number. They also claim the reason for this is because of Black Friday sales, but I ordered two weeks before Black Friday so it makes no sense!I then get an email on Monday saying another of the items I brought is out of stock!As you can see this shows they have been absolutely shocking to deal with, wasted my time chasing them and they are selling items they don’t even have in stock, and giving poor excuses!FURTHER UPDATE: Finally just got my refund after 4 weeks, and they tried to report me on trust pilot for this review marking it as ‘defamatory’, says it all really. I wish I never ordered from them in the first place, it’s been 4 weeks of back and forth wasting my time, and they tried to offer me a measly 15% discount if I order from them again!
