I did have an issue with my order from Jawada and initially didn't hear back from them via an email ticket, however after contacting them on Instagram they immediately jumped on getting the issue resolved and reached back out via email. The issue was resolved with a policy that exceeded my expectations, satisfied my needs, and made me really happy I'd chosen to place an order with them, supporting fellow Muslim sisters. Excellent customer service in wake of their mishap, with a clear apologetic and solution orientated response.
