After picking up the first vehicle, I was told about a tappet cover leak with an outrageous quote. As a mechanic, I found their charge excessive for a simple job. For the second vehicle, I was informed they couldn't source parts, which was untrue. After returning the next day, I was surprised to find the bill was double the original quote due to unapproved extra work. I expressed my concerns, and after some negotiation, we reached an agreement. However, I was disappointed as the wheel alignment was still misaligned after the service.
