I ordered my first necklace from Jaxxon, and it was unfortunately lost by fedex. Jaxxon re-shipped my merchandise SAME DAY AIR, and had it delivered to me 24 hrs later, so that I could have it time for a trip I was going on. Fedex to this day is still denying the lost merch claim, so chances are that Jaxxon re-shipped the goods at their own expense. I can't say how gratful I am. In this era of corporate cost-cutting and 'profit over everything' business model, someone at Jaxxon cared about their customer and did what was right. GRATEFUL!!!!
