OWell Jaxxon Valentines Buyers DON'T when I show their videos and mentioned that it was STERLING SILVER and layered in Real Gold and made in ITALY was attractive but because it's Valentines Day month they figured let's take advantage SO this is my Second Review because they got back to me thru email and wanted to give me a $50 gift card but only to buy more of their stuff that is a dead give away so I ask if they send me in the mail or send me the crucifix was last week and have not received any response and they also admitted that it's not STERLING SILVER but instead its Hypoallergenic Performance Steel so I'm going to paste their Email that they send me TRUST me they will Disappear after Valentines day Look up Gustavo Video on YouTube---This is the email they sent me.

We’re truly sorry if any of this caused confusion or felt misleading at the time of purchase.

I ordered a 20” Cuban gold chain with a custom engraved clasp as a gift for my nephew. Unfortunately, the engraving contained a typo, and the company was out of stock on a replacement. I presented the chain to my nephew on his birthday and explained that a correct one would be sent later, which I would then return. However, the representative insisted that I send the incorrect chain back before they would send a new one, despite it being their error. Now, I have to take back a gift from a child who won't understand why. Interacting with their customer service throughout this process has been extremely frustrating. Very poor customer service.
I ordered my first necklace from Jaxxon, and it was unfortunately lost by fedex. Jaxxon re-shipped my merchandise SAME DAY AIR, and had it delivered to me 24 hrs later, so that I could have it time for a trip I was going on. Fedex to this day is still denying the lost merch claim, so chances are that Jaxxon re-shipped the goods at their own expense. I can't say how gratful I am. In this era of corporate cost-cutting and 'profit over everything' business model, someone at Jaxxon cared about their customer and did what was right. GRATEFUL!!!!
OMG, I just want to give a quick shout to STACEY, I don’t j ow her but she lightened up my day and put a HUG smile on my face. I placed an order and it was getting to sent to someone’s house, and I was stressing out because I didn’t want nothing to do with that person, Stacey comes in with the save and says I changed your shipping address. And OMG I was so excited, thank you once again Stacey. ❤️🥰
