I ordered a 20” Cuban gold chain with a custom engraved clasp as a gift for my nephew. Unfortunately, the engraving contained a typo, and the company was out of stock on a replacement. I presented the chain to my nephew on his birthday and explained that a correct one would be sent later, which I would then return. However, the representative insisted that I send the incorrect chain back before they would send a new one, despite it being their error. Now, I have to take back a gift from a child who won't understand why. Interacting with their customer service throughout this process has been extremely frustrating. Very poor customer service.
