Outstanding out-of-hours support when my Dad's stairlift failed - not even supplied by them but having left a message, had a quick call back on a Saturday.Immensely helpful Paul talked me through some steps to fault-find and in 10 mins we were all up and running.It makes such a difference to receive both a personal touch and someone who knows what they're doing, and clearly is not trying to take you for a ride. "What's most important is to get your Dad's stairlift going".What more can you say!(The existing support came out, concluded it was irreparable, obsolete, so "no parts available" (rubbish) and offered to qute for a new stairlift).
