Superb aftersales service and warranty back up.I purchased a 15L Brass Monkey car fridge and had an issue with the new style of lid deforming due to it being in a hot car. (The old style lid never did this)The Booval store happily replaced the entire unit and advised me if it happens again, they will exchange it for something of equal value.ALWAYS a pleasure to deal with the staff there and will happily continue to shop there when possible.
