Tell me you policy has changed towards your customers. I arrived at a store no other customers at the counter and an overweight sales person with a grey beard asked me after some time being busy, what do you want. I said I was after some grommets and two other items. He said next to the screw drivers referring to the grommets and the cable is over there cut it yourself….the cable I was after was empty no grommets. The lack of any service left me bewildered as this guy was just sitting there. I don’t buy a lot of gear from Jaycar but supported the store over a good few decades. Not again. This store in the gateway shopping complex in Darwin was a disgrace to customer service. Again I ask, have you changed your policy towards your customers.
