A few weeks ago we bought a Jayco 334RTS from camping world as I was told their service department is not the greatest for support, I was at ease when they had a Jayco representative from the factory at their location and gave me his direct card for any issues we may encounter. Well we had a slight issue and we called Nate directly and even though he was on vacation out of state he handled everything and had someone looking at my camper within the hour.
