Very poor customer service

I bought two jackets during a sale for £150 but decided to return them as they didn't fit well. The return address provided doesn't exist. I've tried to return them through the post office and Royal Mail, both of which confirmed the address is invalid, making the return impossible. I've emailed the customer service team five times and received only automated replies saying to wait 72 hours for a response. It's been over two weeks, and I still haven't heard back. I also messaged them on social media as suggested, but no response there either. I'm £150 down just before Christmas with no way to return the items and have been ignored multiple times. I'm extremely disappointed and will not order again. It's unfortunate because the clothing quality is lovely with unique designs, but the lack of customer service is not worth the risk.
