I have ordered many times from Jayley. The clothes are exceptional. Delivery on the whole acceptable. Sometimes arriving within 48 of ordering other times waiting far too long. I suspect the problem here has sometimes been with EVRI their courier. I have never had to return any item-until recently. I retuned the item within 48 hours via first class Royal Mail and paid for "signed for."After three weeeks of hearing nothing - and no refund issued -despite messaging their customer service support I sent another e mail threatening to report the company to TRADING STANDARDS for "poor practice" regarding their returns policy. I am in the legal profession so am aware of customer rights.Within a few hours I received an e mail informing me of my refund - of which is now in my bank A/C. I will still continue to buy from Jayley I am a huge fan of their clothes but will remain wary of returning items in the future,

Great coat but delivery concerns

The coat is fantastic, showcasing impressive quality and vibrant colors. However, the delivery experience was disappointing, arriving later than expected and with unhelpful tracking information. The courier consistently stated they were awaiting the parcel. Even though it was dispatched on Monday morning, there were no updates. I contacted the customer service team on Thursday morning but did not receive a response. The package ultimately arrived on Saturday, yet the courier still claims they are waiting for it.

Exceptional coat quality

The coat is exceptional, featuring impressive quality and vibrant colors. Unfortunately, the delivery was a letdown, arriving later than I had hoped, and the tracking information was not very helpful. The courier repeatedly indicated they were still waiting for the package. Despite being sent out on Monday morning, there were no updates. I reached out to the customer service team on Thursday morning but did not receive a response. The package finally arrived on Saturday, yet the courier still claims it's pending.

Concern over real fur usage

I was ready to order a beautiful coat and some other pieces but noticed that they use real fur on certain items, which isn't fully disclosed. It states 'faux suede and fur', but only the suede is synthetic; the fur is real. I cannot support a company that uses genuine fur in 2025.

Will not order again

I will not order from them again. The items were of poor quality and arrived wrinkled. I returned them and tracked the return to confirm they were received. I'm still waiting for my refund nearly two weeks later. Very disappointing. I recommend avoiding them.

Absolutely stunning!

Absolutely stunning! I've been eyeing a coat for a while (faux fur, green with pink flowers) but couldn't afford it as it was quite pricey. However, I managed to get a 60% discount on the website. My coat arrived today, with fast delivery, and I'm in love with it! I will definitely return!

Received a real fur hat

I was shocked to receive a real fox fur hat! I mistakenly thought that in today's world, real fur would be avoided. Why breed and kill such intelligent, beautiful animals just for their fur? It's unacceptable. Faux fur is just as good. I did not keep it.

Very poor customer service

I bought two jackets during a sale for £150 but decided to return them as they didn't fit well. The return address provided doesn't exist. I've tried to return them through the post office and Royal Mail, both of which confirmed the address is invalid, making the return impossible. I've emailed the customer service team five times and received only automated replies saying to wait 72 hours for a response. It's been over two weeks, and I still haven't heard back. I also messaged them on social media as suggested, but no response there either. I'm £150 down just before Christmas with no way to return the items and have been ignored multiple times. I'm extremely disappointed and will not order again. It's unfortunate because the clothing quality is lovely with unique designs, but the lack of customer service is not worth the risk.
