I have ordered many times from Jayley. The clothes are exceptional. Delivery on the whole acceptable. Sometimes arriving within 48 of ordering other times waiting far too long. I suspect the problem here has sometimes been with EVRI their courier. I have never had to return any item-until recently. I retuned the item within 48 hours via first class Royal Mail and paid for "signed for."After three weeeks of hearing nothing - and no refund issued -despite messaging their customer service support I sent another e mail threatening to report the company to TRADING STANDARDS for "poor practice" regarding their returns policy. I am in the legal profession so am aware of customer rights.Within a few hours I received an e mail informing me of my refund - of which is now in my bank A/C. I will still continue to buy from Jayley I am a huge fan of their clothes but will remain wary of returning items in the future,
