Upon receiving my order, one item was missing. I reached out to customer service immediately but have yet to receive a response, even after multiple emails. They have usually been responsive to inquiries, leaving me quite disappointed with the company. Additionally, a loyalty discount code was issued, but it didn't work either. Overall, a frustrating experience that will lead me to seek alternatives in the future.
