Upon receiving my order, one item was missing. I reached out to customer service immediately but have yet to receive a response, even after multiple emails. They have usually been responsive to inquiries, leaving me quite disappointed with the company. Additionally, a loyalty discount code was issued, but it didn't work either. Overall, a frustrating experience that will lead me to seek alternatives in the future.
I love receiving my orders! Every product has been enjoyable so far. I'm particularly fond of the teas and can't wait to try the pain relief balm! The scent of the female balance oil is delightful, and I wish for a natural all-over body lotion to match! 🙏☺️
