Having ordered from here once before, I didn’t hesitate to order a second time. However, I placed my order at the end of February and still haven’t received my items or received any sort of communication from the company. I emailed twice asking for an update and both times I all I received was an automated response. The company is deleting comments on social media from multiple customers asking where their orders are. They clearly know they are in the wrong, they even liked one of my comments saying I had emailed again yet I still had no response!In the end I claimed the money back on my credit card. The appalling customer service and the lack of communication is unacceptable.All of this could have been avoided if they communicated openly and honestly. I don’t mind waiting for my order, but I don’t appreciate being ignored and let down by a company I once trusted.
