I placed an order with Jayne Redmond Handmade at the beginning of March with a promised dispatch time of 7-14 days. As of April 5th, I still have not received my order and my attempts to contact the seller have been ignored.While delays can happen, what is unacceptable is: • No direct communication; only a mass email after weeks of silence. • Instagram comments turned off to avoid accountability. • New orders still being taken despite backlogs. • Conflicting updates; claiming kiln issues while posting on Instagram that new Easter stock is ready to ship.This is not how a reputable business should operate. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing until the seller resolves existing orders and improves communication. If you are also affected, consider reporting the issue to Shopify or your payment provider.
