The services at the facility are far from satisfactory. 3G is not available, and only 2G and 4G are offered. The internet speeds are limited to 100-400 KB/s during the night, specifically after 1 AM and before 8 AM. Despite charging the full price, there is no backup during power outages, strong winds, or rain, and the support team is often absent during these times. Since early 2021, the services have been unreliable. In the latter half of 2021, the signals would completely drop around 7 AM and wouldn’t return until 3-4 PM. The situation is deteriorating day by day. If improvements aren’t made, I may have to take matters into my own hands. If the issues with the internet, signals, and customer support aren’t addressed immediately, competitors could capitalize on this situation. Most of the day, except late at night, stable internet speeds are rarely above 50 KB/s. There’s a clear need for substantial enhancements in the signals and internet services.
