The internet speeds range from only 100-400 KB/s during the night, specifically after 1 AM and before 8 AM. Despite charging the full amount, there is no backup during electricity outages, strong winds, or rain. The support team seems absent during these issues. Since the beginning of 2021, the services have been frequently unavailable. In the second semester of 2021, the signals completely disappeared around 7 AM and did not return until 3-4 PM. The situation seems to be worsening daily. If improvements are not made, I may have to intervene myself. Failure to address the internet, signals, and customer support issues promptly may allow competitors to take advantage in a way that could be detrimental. Throughout the day, except for late night, stable internet speeds rarely exceed 50 KB/s. There is a need for significant improvements in signals and internet services.

The situation is deteriorating day by day. If improvements aren’t made, I may have to take matters into my own hands. If the issues with the internet, signals, and customer support aren’t addressed immediately, competitors could capitalize on this situation. Most of the day, except late at night, stable internet speeds are rarely above 50 KB/s. There’s a clear need for substantial enhancements in the signals and internet services.
The customer service experience has been the worst I have encountered. I would recommend avoiding any products or services from the company to prevent complications. Their support team was unable to resolve my complaint even after four months of continuous calls and emails.
The company is misleading customers. I subscribed to a package, but instead of activating it, my balance was deducted. When I called for help, I was told it was my fault because my sim is on a specific network. If my sim is active, why was I charged for a subscription? I will continue to file complaints if my issue remains unresolved.
The service is horrible; they deceive customers! I never signed up for their service, yet they enrolled me automatically and withdrew a significant amount from my account. It’s best to steer clear of this company and opt for a better service.
I recently encountered a problem with my debit card. I used it to pay my university fee, but the transaction was declined, even though the amount was deducted from my account. I reached out to support multiple times regarding this issue, but I have yet to receive a response. Very poor service.
The service has been extremely poor. Instead of activating my package, they added balance. When I called, they mentioned an error and promised to return my balance. Seriously? Am I supposed to just accept this? There’s no assurance this won’t happen again; it’s incredibly frustrating.
