Terrible service experience

I ordered two sets of headphones, but delivery was marked as unsuccessful despite my family being home. The headphones were sent to a local locker for a short time before being returned. Customer service was not helpful at all; I was directed to a chatbot after a few minutes, and a generic email response stated they couldn’t arrange for a return. Completely unhelpful.
