Worst headset one could ever buy!!
I have to go to the output and connect it manually to my laptop all the time, and still keeps disconnecting.
Worst headset I ever had, even unbranded Chinese headsets from Amazon and Ebay were better
I ordered the product from jbl but they delivery as a empty box i report to their coustomer care as well they take 1 month of time after that they said your claim has been rejected they didn't give an proper information
I purchased a gaming headset and quickly found that the low-quality rubber on the microphone was ruined. Additionally, the earpads deteriorated as if they had been scratched by a tiger. Even after using the warranty, I ended up with another overpriced headset that feels just as cheap.
I placed an order for a charge 6 during a recent sale. Although the order status indicated it was delivered, I never received it. Upon contacting support, a claim was started, but they ultimately denied it, stating nothing could be done. I checked with my neighbors and searched the area, but the product was never delivered to my residence. The delivery photo appears to show another villa. It’s disappointing to have paid for something I didn’t receive. When I reached out to customer service, they informed me that the delivery service denied the claim, so they couldn't assist further. I believe it is the company's duty to ensure products reach their customers and take responsibility when they don’t.
If I could rate lower, I would. The customer service is awful; I paid for two headphones and received nothing because they were out of stock. Customer support confirmed that no headphones were available. It’s absurd, and they didn’t even apologize, sounding annoyed instead. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them.
I received two headphones, but neither works. I reached out to the company, and they suggested a reset, which I’ve done multiple times without success. The left headphone's battery shows 0% most of the time, fluctuating erratically from 30% to 100% and back to 0% when removed from the case.

Each side keeps telling me to contact the other, with no one taking responsibility. My interaction with a representative was particularly disappointing, as they redirected me instead of providing assistance. Now, I’m out a significant amount of money, with no product for my daughter’s birthday. This experience has been incredibly stressful and unacceptable.
The website is terrible. My wife and I spent an hour entering the correct details, but we couldn’t get past the address page. It kept rejecting our address as invalid, which it definitely isn't! What should have been a pleasant holiday shopping experience turned into a frustrating ordeal.
If I could give a rating lower than one star, I would. I sent my speaker for a promised discount coupon, which they provided, but it turned out to be a scam. The code didn’t work, and when I sought help, they blamed me for the issue and then stopped responding for months. Now, I’m receiving the same defective product back. This is not acceptable customer service.
