Frustrating runaround

After two exhausting days trying to resolve an issue with both the company and the delivery service, I’m left feeling drained. Each side keeps telling me to contact the other, with no one taking responsibility. My interaction with a representative was particularly disappointing, as they redirected me instead of providing assistance. Now, I’m out a significant amount of money, with no product for my daughter’s birthday. This experience has been incredibly stressful and unacceptable.
