Ordered some JBL headphones a month ago. Harman passed on the wrong address to DHL (different address from what was in the order confirmation email). I never received the order. They refused to send me new headphones although the fault was theirs. They stated i would be refunded when the item is returned to them. DHL has a delay, this is the company they appointed to make the delivery. Again, not my fault. After at least 10 emails back and forth, on 15 Dec they promised me in an email that the refund would be processed on the same day. 3 weeks later, still no refund. They now ignore that they promised to refund the order and say they escalated the matter. Bad customer service, no accountability. I will never order or buy a product again and would not recommend it to anyone!
