Bought jbl endurance three and the case stop charging bought new charger fruitless best buy said contact customer service it’s still under warranty contacted them them foreigners are a verse people to deal that you can’t get nowhere. They act like they have no understanding they are horrible horrible. I even sent them a copy of the receipt. They refused to replace it. I ended up buying another one at Best Buy that I got Best Buy so it goes out Best Buy replace it then I told Best Buy about their customer service so they need to call them to speak with them because they sell their products

Worst company ever ordered a jbl710 for 495€on sales they cancel it and told me to order again without sales for 720€.and when i asked why they cancel they told me they didnt have a driver to deliver .so when they have sales they dont deliver dont order its a scam
I'm lying there, and my headphones are freezing and unpausing five times every 10 seconds. I have two JBL headphones: the 460NC Live and the 670NC Live. JBL is the worst headphone company I know (in this price range). Their headphones are pathetic. What good is it if they sound good if everyone complains about the same thing in the negative comments? And I'm a fool to buy a big speaker from them. I'll never buy anything from that crappy company again. You dont have to move, headphones gona do it by itself.... Pathetic...
Worst support service and store ever i see... I made return and it was delivered to JBL 26.05.2025 and still was not processed...... I waste my time and stay as a result without items and my money while their return policy 5-10 business days after return was been delivered..... NEVER!!! NEVER MAKE PURCHASE ON THEIR STORE!!!! First they messed up the address and say that is common for any address with lots of numbers and that they need to update their softeware. Then they refuse to refund the payment for days even though goods have been returned back to them. Utterly inefficient and possibly fraudulent. Deal with at your own risk.
