I bought some tweezers off amazon when I first started cooking in a fine dining restaurant, but I quickly realized that the quality of the tweezers matters. JB prince are the best tweezers I’ve ever held, don’t waster your money elsewhere.
the employee we worked with was good and helpful. but your website should be clearer than it is. your customers shouldn't have to rely on reading fine print when ordering. your website showed a complete piece with a price, but in the fine print each of the pieces are sold separately. you should only have the tray with the price and the base with a price and show them separately within the same site. this lack of clarity on JB Prince part put us in an awkward position with our customer. when I called back to find out where the base was that's when I learned the unit you showed was sold as individual pieces - NOT A UNIT!! but that employee that I spoke with was like duh - can't you read - it clearly states... well it does when someone points it out to you, but it should be clearer and JB Prince should care enough to make it more clear for their customers NOT JUST YOUR EMPLOYEES.
