JB Prince's website is easy to navigate to find the baking items I need. I've never had any concerns with placing orders for back order items. They are shipped free of charge since the other items are shipped at the time of placing the order!!!
Pretty awesome as to how quick I got my order. Unfortunately Chef Rubber is not as prompt. I really wanted to order it from your company but you didn’t have the item. It was cold spray for chocolate work. Still waiting on Chef Rubber🤷♂️😞😫.
I ordered a nice chef’s knife from JB Prince. The order was processed quickly, but when the product arrived I was disappointed to see there was no care given to the packaging of the item, which ultimately led to the product arriving in a damaged condition, and created a potentially dangerous scenario for the mail handler. I contacted them about the issue prior to writing this review, but it’s been 9 days now and have not received any response. Good product, poor packaging, and even poorer customer service.
The item which I ordered was backordered and there was no communication to convey the delay of shipment. I followed up several weeks later to inquire about the status and received a brief and unapologetic reply regarding the status of the item. For a company that caters to individuals in the hospitality industry, it seems that JB Prince could work on polishing their communication. The item arrived a month after I originally ordered it.
