I ordered a gift card 2 weeks ago and they processed my order and took the money out of my account. I received a email shortly after the purchase was made stating they didn't have anymore gift cards and when some become available they would send it out.What company would sell you something and not have it. Very upset this was a Christmas gift and now I don't know when I will receive it.

I want to give you guys 5 stars, but my most recent transaction has not been very smooth. I ordered the Acrabaleno Pasta Extruder. Was charged the $3000 for it. Then a follow up email said it was on back order. That’s fine but when I contacted you for a follow up a woman had informed me I’d get my confirmation the following Monday and delivery in 5-7 days after. The end of the grace period expired so I called, and apparently the info given was false, and a date was not that close as it was very backed up. Now I’m being told end of the month, maybe.... im not sure where the breakdown in communication is with the purveyor, but it’s a little frustrating to spend $3000 to not a have clue what is going on with my hard earned money.
