Dave and I create delicious Southern style Pulled Pork BBQ, Brisket, Baby Back Ribs, Bacon Wrapped Smoked Sausages, BBQ Potatoes and more. We offer delicious sides such as our Smokehouse Baked Beans, Creamy Mac & Cheese, Southern Mac & Tomatoes, Broccoli Salad, Potato Salad, Cabbage Salad along with the many changing scratch made desserts. A must try is our customer favorite Fresh Baked Apple Crisp.
We offer everything from sandwiches, plates w/2 sides, Kids Meals to Family meals. Come try our house-made Spicy BBQ sauce for a real kick. Do you prefer a sweeter or regular sauce? We've got that too but who needs sauce when you have the best flavor in the meat already!
We accept pre-orders for Whole Briskets, pans of BBQ year- round but Smoked Hams and Turkey are seasonal. All sides and desserts are available for pre-orders as well. Are you looking for catering for weddings or large special events? Our catering menu does have additional items available and is available for pickup or delivery. All this started back in 2020, before the pandemic. Serving our customers in Southern Illinois from our very large Red mobile BBQ trailer has turned into a passion and career for both of us.
