This review is for the 7-11 on Runnymede and Dundas Streets, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Friendly service and impeccably clean store. I was amazed at how good the coffee is! Better than Starbucks, Tim Hortons and even the local independent coffee shops. Got coffee for me and my mom and it’s the first time in ages that she drank an entire cup of coffee. She has cognitive issues and everything tastes off to her now, but she was so happy with her coffee. Also, the snacks and sweets available at the store are like no other. Perfect for the days when you realize life is too short to worry about calories.
Hello I’m sorry who is the boss of this 7/11 can you look your cameras 8/8 time 00:20 be woman inside just cut she is nails and cleaning the nails near the food and microwave front even I look her hand and eye she don’t care there is public convince store not nail salon or something like this maybe the you can pay more attention to your employe or people who stay inside so many people buy food there we must eat people nails ??? Hi there I’ve been going to seven eleven for a few years now to get a coffee, so happy with the oat milk , but would love to see almond milk sugar free .Today l tried the Daniel’s Pineapple Donut , IT WAS HORRIBLE , NO TASTE , THE ICING WAS CRAP AND BROKE APART . A REAL TRADITIONAL PINEAPPLE DONUT HAS THE PINEAPPLE FLAVOUR THROUGHOUT THE DOUGH .. NOT ANY ICING ..I TRIED ALSO THE DANIRLS COCONUT DONUT IT ALSO WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.THE REALLY THICK LAYER OF ICING SUGAR FROSTING WITH SHARDS OF COCONUT ALMOST MADE ME SICK …SHAME ON YOU SEVEN ELEVEN FOR TRYING TO CONVINCE LOYAL CUSTOMERS TO TRY AND SPEND MONEY ON THAT GARBAGE..ITS POOR QUALITY AND YOU SHOULD NOT SELL THAT TO PEOPLE…YOU SHOULD APPROACH BOSTON DONUTS THEY ARE INCREDIBLE AND PEOPLE LOVE PAYING FOR GREAT QUALITY NOT THE CRAP YOU’VE JUST INTRODUCED …GET RID OF DANIELS DONUTS THEY ARE DISGUSTINGLY HORRIBLE
Let ME start by saying this 7-11 on commercial Blvd in tamarac Florida was very nice years ago before The fired or Got rid of The good workers. There's only 2 good girls left there on second shift one and The other on weekends the Indian lady very nice. However The 3 rd shift has been very problematic for the last few years now. Especially The heavy set Guy there now. Has no customer service skills whatsoever AND always thinks he's right. But The biggest mistake he made was accusing ME of stealing something. I told him show ME the video 📸, of course he couldn't cause I took nothing. Very bad mood he could get sued for that and embarrassing myself and whoever else he does that to in front of customers. Very rarely do these complaints unless it's become problematic. Just like The last Guy on 3rd shift, made a lot of enemies always Saw cops there on his shift. I've seen the Indian owner AND he really needs to hire better workers for this 3rd shift, cause he's going to end up having a lot of fires 🔥 to put out because of these, rude 3rd shift workers that he's been hiring. So just warning anyone try not to Go there too late at night 🌉!
I went to get coffee and the coffee counter was filthy dirty after the morning rush, I tried to fill my cup and coffee pots were almost empty. What coffee I did get had brown scum floating around in the top of cup like they never clean the pots this has happened more then once, the mini tacos were dried out and Cold. The gentleman that works the store is always on his phone, will not ever go back to the Pacos store in Denver Colorado 80221 and am Leary to try any other stores, I think I'll just stay away from any 7 11's
I already left a review on Google a couple weeks ago about going to the store but employee was smoking and said on break I open in 10 more min. LololI tried again this morning 3/19/25 at 4:20am and he was open then bought 2 Orange juices totaling $4. I gave him 4 one dollar bills. He then tossed 1 bill back at me and said I don't like this bill I want a better bill. I looked at the guy and said What? He said I want a nicer bill. I said NO! Then I started to leave he kept saying I owe a $1!I came back to counter and picked up the bill and said NO I gave u this now don't be an Ass! He said u no shop here anymore if u don't give new bill. I said take it or leave it i don't care and I didn't plan on coming here anymore. 7/11 corp should really check out last few weeks of reviews for this new Fanchise owner. You can see the big shift in negative reviews. And I have never seen a business that worked so hard to not want my business. Maybe this store doesn't want shoppers. Or maybe it's the one Morning Employee. But this young man does not know how to work in a customer service selling goods business.I also have noticed how empty the parking lot has been last few weeks as well. I go or used to go there in the mornings on my way to dialysis treatment. Not anymore Arco is not that far away. But as I was telling my Dialysis Technician what happened 2 weeks ago and this morning 3 other personnel over heard and said they too have noticed this store or morning employee has made them too to stop shopping there for coffee on way to work. If this Young man is still allowed to treat customers the same way he has been this Store will be changed into another failed closed 7/11. I have copied this review and will be pasting it on all review sites as well as sending a Better Business Bueruo Complaint. And will tell anyone who is listening. I've never ever been band from a store due to a bent $1 bill. I will be stating and telling this feed back because I am so tired of the lack of customer service in the USA. Especially now that the consumer has to pay so much more for goods.
