This was an odd (but good) experience

This was an odd experience. I actually think this company is good. There was a hiccup. I ordered a product. It arrived damaged. They immediately sent a return label (free). I returned it but they sent the same product back. She I contacted they were very apologetic and overnighted a new item with a bonus free item. Excellent customer service. This is how you turn a mistake into a customer.
