Awful service. No follow up. No replies.

This is my second attempt on purchasing an ice cream machine. I have not received a tracking number now almost a month since purchase. I have called and emailed to follow up on my over $5k order to no avail and/or response. Really bad customer service.

Good place to find hard to find items!

Checkout was easy. They shipped my items relatively quickly. Prices were fair but what I was ordering is super hard to find so price was pretty irrelevant. Only issue with the whole process was shipping FedEx that ended with me getting my package 10 days after the estimated delivery.

Customer service is poor.

Customer service is poor. Called to ask about a discount code that didn’t work and the person at jbprince was not helpful nor did she care to even help. Her apathy is not what makes a company successful nor a return customer. Niceness counts.
