Wonderful customer service and high quality piece

Customer service did a great job quickly responding to my questions. The stainless round did exactly what I needed. Thanks to being seamless, clean-up was fast.While, more expensive than other rounds, the piece was seamless and a higher quality than others I had considered.Highly recommend the piece and the customer service was wonderful!

The SolidTeknics pans from J.B. Prince are awesome to cook with

The US-ION pans from SolidTeknics are wonderful, but the version J.B. Prince had them produce is a level above. Beautiful to cook with, and the quenched finish is a massive improvement. I couldn't be more pleased.The ordering and delivery process were as smooth and quick as I could have hoped for.
