Needed a new filter and intake hose for my 2014 Mazda 3 since the air intake system was totally clogged. Found a bundle for 45 bucks, got here in 3 days. Everything clamped on perfectly. Honestly, the Mazda accelerates way smoother now and gas mileage is up.

Received the incorrect item and poor support

I was sent the wrong item and was persuaded to keep it in exchange for a discount. They claimed there were no issues with the part, but it failed within a year. I could have purchased cheaper alternatives from other sources, but the site displayed a different image of a trusted brand. This experience was misleading and unethical. I recommend looking elsewhere.

Sent different part than in photo on website

Sent the wrong part, convinced me to keep it if they offered a discount. Said they’ve had no issues with the part. The part failed in less than a year. I could have bought the cheaper parts elsewhere but their site showed a different photo of a brand I trust. Very misleading and unethical. Buy from anywhere else if you can.

I got a water pump and a thermostat…

I got a water pump and a thermostat from them for Bmw there's two water pumps for that BMW and they sent the wrong part and I was searching for a thermostat and water pump made in the USA China and it came with the Chinese book. Thank God it was the wrong part I lost my car probably would've went to Shit. My mechanic put in the right part and now they won't accept the return unless I pay for keep in mind I'm a handicap man on a budget and it's Christmas time never ever buy from these guys. It's garbage and they are not helpful in returns at all
