After months of trying to get a response from the manufacturer, I contacted the support team, and within minutes, they had a replacement hose sent out. What had been a frustrating situation was resolved quickly thanks to their efficiency and care. I can’t thank the team enough and highly recommend them for their exceptional service.
We purchased a sink that arrived damaged, which we discovered upon unpacking it. The company states their reporting window for damage is 24 hours, which is less than the 30 days mandated by law. Their response was aggressive, and they blamed us for the damage. After involving a financial mediator, we received a favorable ruling. We ultimately purchased a different sink elsewhere.
