This brand is recognized for providing quality tools at fair prices, along with a two-tier warranty system. Professionals get 12 months, while DIY users benefit from 3-5 years, depending on the tool. I've used their power tools for many years without any issues. Recently, I had to make a warranty claim on a circular saw due to a break in the alloy footplate, and it was replaced effortlessly. The only reason I didn't give them a full 5 stars is due to difficulties with spare parts. The circular saw is excellent, but I can't locate a replacement flip guard and spring. This leaves me with a tool that needs careful handling or must be discarded, as selling unsafe tools isn't an option. If they can address this spare parts problem, I would gladly give them 5 stars.
