**The production of your order was completed last December, and we are now preparing to move into the processing and shipping phase, which will take place during this January period**
today 12 Feb I still didn't receive anything
asked again on 9 Feb why this order wasn't shipped
"PAUL" seems out of excuses as I didn't hear back from him

What impresses me the most is the light engineering. While most color-changing lamps feel a bit jarring during transitions, this piece is incredibly sophisticated. The way the colors shift is so seamless and natural, yet the glow always maintains this high-end, soft aura that feels very premium. It’s rare to find this level of light quality in a decorative piece. It’s the perfect blend of iconic art and top-tier tech. I'm so happy to have this in my home!
I ordered a balloon dog lamp in October 2025, expecting it to ship by November 2025. Since then, there has been no communication from the company regarding my order. I feel like I’ve been scammed out of $1200. I have reached out to the service for a refund or at least a shipping update, but I haven’t heard back. I am extremely dissatisfied and cannot recommend this company.
I succumbed to their overly aggressive marketing push at the end of the year, feeling pressured to buy immediately or miss out. I made the purchase but now regret it. Not only have I not received the item, but I've also reached out to the support team three times, sent a direct message on social media, and emailed a contact without any replies. It’s disheartening that there are no answers or assistance regarding legitimate inquiries, such as the whereabouts of the balloon dog I ordered. I can only imagine how the original artist feels knowing their renowned product is being mishandled, with no follow-through on sales. If it were my name associated with this, I'd be frustrated and embarrassed. If I were the company, I would feel ashamed for failing to deliver the products and services that customers are willing to pay extra for.

I'm a real customer and not compensated for this review. I’ve removed my negative feedback because I’m thrilled they finally arrived. I do have pictures, but I’m unsure how to share them here.

I ordered the Balloon Dog Lamp earlier this year, expecting shipments to start in October. Although my payment has been accepted, there have been no updates regarding shipping. I’ve submitted three requests for a status update but have yet to receive any response.
I ordered two balloon dogs in September, expected them in November, but months later, I still have nothing. I've sent numerous emails, always receiving the same excuse: 'they're on the way, please be patient.' After contacting them on social media, I received a tracking code that turned out to be just a created label. The package has never shipped. They claim it’s coming from Hong Kong, but the tracking label was generated in a different country. It's very suspicious and unprofessional. Clearly, this company is not reliable, and I would advise others to steer clear.
