Disappointing Experience with Delivery

I ordered a loveseat from a well-known retailer. I have had four scheduled deliveries, but no one has shown up with my order. When I called to cancel, they informed me that I would receive a refund in 7 to 10 business days. That time has passed, and I still haven't received my refund. I strongly advise against ordering from this service. The experience has been terrible.
